2. Bookings & Appointments

- We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival window. Please ensure someone is available at the premises during the agreed time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- We reserve the right to decline service if the technician determines the job requires specialized equipment beyond our standard scope.
3. Estimates & Pricing
- Service estimates are provided based on the information you share. Final pricing may vary after a physical inspection of the appliance.
- We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any repair that exceeds the initial estimate.
- Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and digital payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
- A diagnostic fee may apply for site visits if the repair is not authorized to proceed. This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
5. Warranties
- All repair services are backed by a standard 90-day labor warranty covering workmanship defects.
- Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Claims must be directed through us within the warranty period.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized tampering, power surges, or Acts of God.
- Any warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period with proof of original service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding the appliance issue and premises.
- Ensure safe and clear access to the appliance or system requiring service.
- Secure any valuable items or sensitive materials near the service area prior to technician arrival.
- Back up any electronic data if applicable — we are not liable for data loss during repair.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K Falak Cool Breeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use, data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
